We Teach

Kids Martial Arts

We teach Zen Doi Kai™ to children from age 5, BJC Muay Thai™ from age 10. They learn the basics through katas, partner drills and games. Helps your child to develop the proper control, distancing, and speed necessary for self-defense as well as improving teamwork skills. They develop focus, concentration, co-ordination, balance, fitness and SELF-CONFIDENCE.

Part of the Family

We are part of worldwide Bob Jones Martial Arts organisation. What this means is that your certificate, belts and singlets are recognised at thousands of Karate schools within Australia and internationality. So you can continue your training elsewhere should you move.

Philosophy

The school is built on three ideas, Shuhari, Kaizen and Ikigai. Shuhari Roughly translates to: first learn, then detach, and finally transcend. Kaizen is the practice of continuous improvement. It is a good change and includes both home and business life. Ikigai is the concept of life purpose. I think of it as a reason to get up in the morning.
